Clause 01
What shippers tell us goes wrong.
Before describing what we do, here is what people say went wrong with the last carrier — and the plain answer to each one.
- The truck was late and nobody called.
- An exception leaves our desk the hour we learn it, while there is still time to react.
- The rate moved after the freight did.
- The rate we confirm is the rate we invoice, unless an accessorial is documented at the dock.
- The load was quietly handed to a stranger.
- Our tractors, our trailers, and drivers who are on our payroll.
- Nobody could say where the freight was.
- One desk plans the truck and stays answerable for it until the paperwork closes.
Clause 02
The network we actually run.
We plan a multi-state region out of Edinburg, TX 78542 and keep repeating the lanes we cover well. Anything outside that gets an honest no rather than a hopeful yes.
- Safety-first culture — Experienced CDL-A drivers, clean records, ongoing safety training.
- Records kept current — Safety, equipment and driver files are maintained and available on request.
- Flexible capacity — Single loads or dedicated lanes — we scale to what you actually need.
Clause 03
The capacity behind the network.
| Dry Van Freight | Standard 53' dry van capacity for palletized and floor-loaded freight across our regional footprint. |
|---|---|
| Expedited | Time-critical freight moved direct with priority dispatch and continuous tracking. |
| Refrigerated | Temperature-controlled trailers with continuous monitoring for food, beverage and pharma. |
| Dedicated Capacity | Committed trucks and drivers assigned to your lanes for repeatable, contracted volume. |
Clause 04
How a load gets reported.
Four fixed moments. If you hear from us outside them, something changed and we would rather tell you early.
- Loaded
- Departure time and any dock delay, sent as the driver rolls.
- In transit
- Position and a realistic ETA whenever you ask for one.
- Exception
- Weather, mechanical or appointment risk, reported as we learn it.
- Delivered
- Delivery time, receiver name and paperwork on the same working day.
Clause 05
What happens when we are late.
Not often, and never silently. This is the procedure, written down before we need it.
We call first
You hear it from the desk that planned the truck, not from your receiver.
We put the reason in writing
The exception, the cause and the recovery plan go on the record.
We do not rebill the surprise
A delay we caused is not turned into an accessorial line.
Clause 06
The seats on the frontline.
The people the freight depends on, and the terms they are hired on.
